12 Guests and Under
A group of this size may choose to order off the South Gate or Bank Lane Bistro a la carte menus, or the set party menu. In addition to the food and beverage minimum outlined above, there will be a service fee of $100 for lunch and $150 for dinner, which will provide your party with one dedicated server. This will be in place of the gratuity charge. All menu selections, including wine, should be finalized no later than ten days before the event.

13+ Guests
Choose your selections from our lunch or dinner private party set menu options. Guests will order from the pre-selected menu the day of the function. In addition to the food and beverage minimum outlined above, a 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill with a minimum of $100 per server for lunch and $150 per server for dinner. All menu selections, including wine, should be finalized no later than ten days before the event. For 40 or more, we require a menu pre-count.

Deposits & Payment
To confirm a private room, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be applied toward your final food and beverage cost. If the event is cancelled 8 days or more before the event, the deposit will be held and can be applied to another event. If the event is cancelled within 7 days of the event, the deposit will be kept, and cannot be applied to future events. Deposits will be accepted in the form of cash, check or credit. Personal checks for final payment are accepted upon approval.

Guaranteed Guest Count
The final guaranteed number of guests that you provide South Gate is due 4 days prior to your event date. The guarantee count allows us to accurately prepare for your event. If fewer guests arrive than the guaranteed count, you will still be charged for the number of guests that you guaranteed. Please notify the restaurant if your numbers change so we can properly set the tables.

Tax and Gratuity
Tax for all events is 7%. Gratuity of 20% or the sever fee will be added to your final bill. There is a minimum of $100 per server for lunch and $150 per server for dinner.
